Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Season 2 Review
Trust me, I know it looks like a cut-scene from a PS3 JRPG, but it’s worth a watch if you’re into Cyberpunk & Sci-fi like The Matrix, even if you haven’t seen any of the previous Ghost in the Shell anime, although this is a sequel to Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, you can jump right in.

I binged the entire series and if you can get past the awful 3D CGI animation, there is a very interesting plot to uncover, themes to debate, and characters to meet.
Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 season 2 is a direct continuation of season 1, picking up right after the original left off. Season 2 includes better animation and brings the series back to the philosophy that we’re used to with Ghost in the Shell.

Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Season 1 Review
3 out of 5. Good, but takes a while to get going, as the first 6 episodes act a bit as a prequel to the plot of the series as a whole (with episode 7 being a “stand-alone” episode.
Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Season 2 Review
4 out of 5. Great! Season 2 further develops and wraps up the posthuman plot introduced in season 1.
Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Series Review
4 out of 5. Great! Overall, I really enjoyed the series. I was able to get past the awful 3D animation and just focused on the themes and what I found the most interesting, the characters; mainly Batou and Togusa.
